Our best Rottweiler was named Bucker. She was a family dog that was always "there" for each one of us. She was a real charm and we miss her still.

nice site - my love for Rottweilers goes a way back. just when i think that i could never find another to replace a friend-Rottie that had just died, the "new" one is as wonderful as the last - in a different way - but just as wonderful in my life. thank you.

Hi. I've had a few Rottweilers but I miss the one most that I had as a boy in Kansas. His name was Leo. We lived on a ranch and Leo would herd our cattle and would chase the cats. But one time I owed my life to him - he saved me from being bitten by a couple of big mama pigs we were going to slaughter. He was big enough to put those pigs in their place when they were wanting to bite me when I fell down fedding them in their pens. They were nasty pigs - but Leo fixed them good. Thanks! Nice dogs you have!

When I was a lad and ole Twister was a pup… Over Hill and over meadow we’d play… Just a boy and his dog it was a joy and so fun… We grew up together that way….. I remember the time in the back of our yard…. When a squeal came romping about… Ole Twister was there, and went down for the count… He jumped in and it locked to his shout…. As years past and rolled, ole Twister grew old His eyes were sunken in dim And one day the Doctor looked at and said “I Cant do no more for him Jim” With Hands that were trembling, I picked up my gun And aimed it his ole faithful head… But I just couldn’t do it… I wanted to run… I wish they would shoot me instead. Ole Twister is gone where the good doggies go… And no more with ole Twister would I run… But if Dogs have a heaven… That is one thing I know…. Ole Twister has a wonderful home…

have a rottie named princess sarah she is 14 weeks and is such a joy. i had a yellow lab for 9 years and he died in march. i thought that i would get a different breed and so far everything is going well. she goes to obedience classes and to a social class with other pups.
